It's not Ganong. Laura Secord is nice for basic stuff, but not all that "fine." It's certainly not Godiva. Any suggestions?

There's a problem with all first 4 answers:

A company that doesn't exist (the guy just made something up, being very misleading), there were a couple of nice chocolate places mentioned, but they weren't Canadian, hence missed the point of the question, and there was a suggestion for Laura Secord. I already mentioned in my question that Laura Secord isn't fine chocolate. Hello? Please read the question next time. I don't want to deal with answerers who can't even read the question they are answering.

My taste buds would vote for Laura Secord. Especially at Easter and Valentine Day.

Laura Secord would be good because there's a rich history behind the candy and the woman. Maple syrup... meh, not as exciting as you would think. I can think of lots of candy that is Canadian, but I'm not sure of anything that is that old. Poutines are apparently Canadian too if you wanted to do that (just in case you never heard of that, fries and gravy with cheese curds... mmm so delicious!). Or Molson Canadian brewery has been around for a long time. I would stick with Laura Secord though, that's a great idea!
