No.
"First, your dog, and cat, too, do not produce the enzymes in their digestive systems in sufficient quantity to digest cow's milk. Therefore, when you are kind to your pet and give him some milk, the end result is usually diarrhea.
If you are feeding your dog a good prepared dog food, you really should not feed the milk at all. Quality dog foods have been developed as a result of millions of dollars of research. They have a delicate balance of all the nutrients your dog will need. They also have the nutrients in a form that dogs can digest them."
"While milk is not necessary to a dog's (or cat's) diet, it can be a treat if given from time to time. However, some pets cannot tolerate milk because they do not produce an enzyme called lactase. Lactase helps with the digestion of lactose, which is found in milk."
"A further contributing factor is the fact that cow and goat milk contains 4.5 to 5 per cent lactose, compared to 3.1 per cent in a *****'s milk (lactating female dogs) and 4.2 per cent in a queen's milk (lactating female cats). The high level of lactose in cow's milk can overpower a dog or cat's ability to digest it."
"Pets with milk intolerance can still consume dairy products under certain circumstances. For example, dairy products such as cheese (including cottage cheese) and unpasteurized yogurt usually have the lactose removed or have it partially broken down through bacterial action. As a result, these products are often well tolerated by cats and dogs that would otherwise get diarrhea after drinking milk."

Cows milk is hard for a pup to digest. You can give them puppy formula from the pet store or goats milk. Some people recommend rice milk and that Lactaid but, I've never tried them.

No, puppies don't have the enzyme to digest milk. You can supplement with a puppy formula. It's not really necessary as long as the puppies are eating a good puppy chow with water on it to make sure they are getting enough water.

You shouldn't give them cow's milk, it can be bad for them. You can get a milk supplement from any store that has dog food. WalMart even carries puppy milk. But I'd stay away from cow's milk.

Some dogs are very sensitive to cow's milk. They can get quite sick which will not be fun for you, because with all those puppies running around, the last thing you need is runny poop AND vomit to clean up!

only if its their mothers milk or puppy milk bought from the store, any kind of animal milk like cow, goat, etc. is very bad for them, it tears up their digestive system, same thing with cats.

Regular milk can cause diarrhea and gas. If you want to give them something, get some puppy formula at the petstore (I think walmart even sells it).
