Caffeine inhibits an enzyme that is thought to regulate mucosal secretions in your small intestine. Secretions go up, so fluid in your bowel goes up, and if the amount of fluid in your colon is greater than the amount of fluid you can reabsorb, splat, you get diarrhea, or at least looser stools. (and gas)

I think a frapp is mixed in a blender, making your coffee beverage full of air bubbles. This could be the reason you experienced the bloat & gas reaction.

Now frapp is not same as regular expresso coffee, but i can comment on this. I know this one for a fact which ever type of coffee it is if it is not brewed right and if it is not fresh...its will make you ****!

could be the milk in the "frapp" or an allergy to one of the ingredents. Allergies are not just "runny nose and watery eyes". Food allergies can give you gas and bloating.

Coffee itself has zero calories. When you start adding shots of flavors, cream or milk, whipped cream, sugar, etc. the calories go way up there.
I don't get that way from coffee--but I don't drink more than 2 or 3 cups per day.

Farty and bloated...no. But I have to use the restroom often, and bounce off the walls.

coffee makes me a little farty. but it does to mostly everybody. folgers coffee is the worst for farty. that stuff will make you fart all day

Yes, cuz some ppl have reaction for caffine or milk (latte/frapp).
