it was a new place,so i went upto one of the guy as my friends had dared, and critisized his hairstyle. Tried to talk to him later and appologise when i found out that he took it seriously but he wont listen. In fact he replied to my appology by saying 'Let us ignore each other'. What shall i do now? I try ignoring him but he keeps looking at me and my friends; along with his friends. I cant understand him.

Entering the Library the first thing my friends and i notice is him. What shall i do?

i did walk upto him and say sorry and i know i did act very very immature if mature was not enough.

What would be the best way to ignore?

I should be ashamed for doing that, but its done and all im left is with repenting my silly words.

Seems to me that the best thing you can do is just leave him the hell alone, as he has asked you to.
After insulting his haircut for no real reason other than on a dare, I hope you will at least be considerate enough now to just ingore the guy, as he has requested you to do.

Don't do and say personal things to people that may hurt them. You went on a dare and hurt someone for nothing but sh--- and giggles. What was the point? It was immature.

Go up to the guy and sincerely apologize. Tell him you can't forget how cruel and immature you were and you ask his forgiveness. Show how mature you are and you may just develop a friendship. Stop being a kid and grow up.

u dont know that he would have even been your friend if you were nice to him. he could have looked at you from the start and been like hell no i wont even give that girl the time of day and now that uv insulted him with out even being nice to him first you really have no chance at friendship. so just go along with what he said and thats to ignor each other because he may have wanted it that way from the start but now he can flat out tell you

ignore him. The reason he keeps looking is because he can't believe someone could be so rude.

You need to grow up a little and realize that your words as well as actions can hurt people. Think of that next time you are about to open your mouth.

Leave the guy the hell alone.
It's people like you that think it's funny to point out the differences in others that make things like the Columbine massacre happen. Think of that next time you're in the library.

Well i would walk right up to him and his friends and tell him that i came to make another apology-that i was truly sorry. Then i would smile and say and if you want us to ignore each other it is fine with me and i will respect your wishes. Then walk away. Learn not to do things like this again!

Let the guy alone. You seem to be more interested in him than he is in you. In the future you may want to remember that rudeness and cruelty are rarely ways to make a good impression on others.

Write him a short letter/note explaining what you did and why you did it, and that you feel foolish and sorry.

Ask for another chance to start over. Then, let it go until he approaches you.

If he doesn't approach you, there is nothing else that can be done.

Tell him his hair looks nice after all and perhaps you deserve to be ignored for being so heartless. A man's ego is very fragile. Forgive yourself, learn, and let it go.

Well he has probably told his friends about the situation. But keep ignoring him as he wishes.
