I type very fast. Practice is the key. My life experiences have increased my speed. I learned typing in HS of course, but got a college job at the NBC Nightly News. In a news environment, speed is valuable. Often there is no time to waste. I would simply say, "practice under pressure." That's how you increase speed and accuracy.

Yahoo has typer Shark and you could type in your search engine at Yahoo or Google and type increase typing speed, I am sure there are a few sights that could help you and especially look on page 1 because they are usually very reliabble sites. Another way is to practice alot because you need to work on your refles
xes and brain wave speed for proper coordination.

Try to find some typing games that measure your speed. Play it often, and with time you should be typing faster.
I like this one: http://www.popcap.com/gamepopup.php?theGame=typershark
