How can I move pictures from a xd memory card to another type of memory card?

This is for a digital picture frame it takes 4 differant cards but not xd

Computers consider camera memory as if it is a removable drive. If you connect the cameras via USB cables:
1) Connect the source camera to the computer and copy the images to the hard drive
2) Disconnect the source camera
3) Connect the destination camera to the computer and turn it on
4) Open the folder containing the images
5) Select the image(s) to be moved or copied
6) Click the EDIT menu and choose MOVE TO FOLDER or COPY TO FOLDER
7) From the list, select the camera or removable drive
8) Click COPY or MOVE
Note: The pictures may not display from the camera, but the digital frame should pick them up.

This task is much simpler if you have a card reader.
