I know that the CVC 16028(a) is a very, I mean very, expensive ticket. You need to go get insurance, and take it with you to court. If I remember correctly, it is in the upwards of $1,000.00. In my experience, if you take valid insurance with you to court, they will dismiss that charge. If you don't, expect to pay a hefty fine. The following too close will probably be around $150.00. this will depend on where you live and the laws where you are, why don't you call the police dept. where you received the tickets and ask.
