You mean you did not realize just how sick and evil these born again Christians are.

You can be a serial killing predatory pedophile, rape kill and torture 100 kids in the vilest ways imaginable.

Get caught, go to jail, find religion there, accept Jesus as your savior, get baptized and hey presto.
You are now whiter than white with all sins washed away, and you are going to spend eternity in paradise, Jesus has forgiven you (the parents of the kids you killed ,and society do not matter) and all is OK.
If you ever get out of jail these maniacs will even let you look after their kids, to prove that Jesus has 'cured you of evil'. They would even consider it a point of honor to let you babysit for them.

But if you are an honest person, never done any harm in your life, only good. Saving lives, making a difference, always helping others and so on. But you do not accept Jesus, then you will be tortured in hell for all eternity.

And they see nothing wrong with these beliefs. Wow I think sick and twisted is nowhere descriptive enough for this lot, there must be some common mental illness involved.

Do i assume atheists are evil - NO Do i believe atheists are immoral - no longer constantly Do i assume which you although must be forgiven and settle for Jesus in an attempt to be saved from an eternity in hell - confident. became I taught this by ability of ability of dad and mom -beneficial and no, became as quickly as I taught this by ability of ability of church - sort of although now no longer somewhat.Have I experienced atheists who have been mean and type of rude - a solid confident. Have I met atheists who concept that they have been superb and had condescending attitudes - beneficial. Does that mean we'd now no longer be friends interior the extremely international - Nope. I have been an atheist, I have been a Pagan, I have been a witch, I have been a Buddhist, I even have located my savior besides the shown fact that for the period of Christ and easily because of the fact the an atheist thinks i'm incorrect, does now no longer difference who i'm and what i assume. i'm susceptible to communicate approximately faith and all, yet whilst atheists anticipate i'm ignorant because of the fact the of my concept in Christ, that's what irks me; whilst they call names, or get irate - that bugs me too. Atheist have a suitable to assume what they choose, without being aggressively harrassed from others - purely as we Christians do.

Child molestation is a serious, horrible crime. However, everyone can be forgiven that repents. Remember the thief on the cross next to Jesus?

Anyone who accepts Jesus (in spite of What their sin is) as their Savior will be saved. If you don't you go to Hell. It's that simple! Read up on this in the Christian Bible. It is written!

You know, Christians keep saying that good works are not necessary to get into heaven, that all you need is God's grace and forgiveness and to ask Sweet Jesus into your heart. Yet, when confronted with the reality of Christians who molest children and do other crimes, they suddenly change their minds and say that these bad deeds will result in NOT getting to heaven, even if Jesus has forgiven these sins. I wish they'd make up their minds. If good works don't matter in God's eyes, then neither do bad ones, and poor little Timmy will be in heaven with the pastor who fondled him.

What, are you afraid he might have a relapse?
When a person accepts Christ into his life, Christ causes changes to occur in that person that makes a total 180 degree turn. They are no longer the same person they used to be. That old person is "dead". They become repentant for their old life, and Christ forgives all sin.
Someone who is "good", but who is a non-Christian, has rejected Christ and His Salvation. The Bible says that no amount of good you could possibly do will get you into Heaven; only the blood of Christ can do that for you.

I believe that God judges us by our hearts. And anyone who can do anything like that to something as pure as a child does not have the right heart. That is pure evil. As much as they are able to fool many Christians, Catholics, whatever, God sees through the BS. That's my personal belief.

I didn't write the Bible. The point is accepting Christ into your life and having your sin- any and all sin, past, present, and future - forgiven. It doesn't matter how good you are. No one could ever be good enough. The Scripture says " For all have sinned, and fallen short of thr glory of God." If the standard is the glory of God, no one qualifies; none of us make it. But if you accept Christ into your heart and life, Your sins are forgiven, and you get so much more.

--You are correct, and it would indeed be sick & twisted. I do not know why the obscene hellfire teaching is so believed--for it is not a Bible idea, threat, or place--anywhere? Religions that have to use such a sick doctrine are a sickness in themselves!!

--The ultimate judge of who is going to die everlastingly(non-existant) is God himself. He indeed wants us to believe in the teachings that his Son set out but he does not use any compelling other than the provision of Christ in all its reality.
--In fact note how the compelling is actually indirect:

(2 Corinthians 5:14-15) “14 For the love the Christ has COMPELS(my caps) us, because this is what we have judged, that one man died for all; so, then, all had died; 15 and he died for all that those who live might live no longer for themselves, but for him who died for them and was raised up.”

--Did you notice that Jesus does not do any compelling, BUT that the love Christ showed is the force behind someone becoming a follower of Christs' Christianity?
--So when people become "christian"--and are compelled by this pagan teaching,of hell-fire, their christianity could very well be invalid by Jehovah God and Christ themselves!

Whatever the evildoer who died next to Christ did in his life, the Bible does not say-?-but the Scriptures indicate that he must have had a change of heart in his acknowledging of Christ as the Son of God(that if given a second chance by the Romans, he might have become a Christian. ...So Jesus could pronounce future blessings for him even after he died.

Nevertheless--if a religion indicates what you have said without true repentance really seen(that only God knows of fully)then the act of forgiveness by a church is obscene--that of course does go on in many churches.

Please note the strong judgement , especially set upon those who claim true Christianity:

(James 1:26-27) “26 If any man seems to himself to be a formal worshiper and yet does not bridle his tongue, but goes on deceiving his own heart, this man’s form of worship is futile. 27 The form of worship that is clean and undefiled from the standpoint of our God and Father is this: to look after orphans and widows in their tribulation, and to keep oneself without spot from the world.”

Any of us can pervert our worship, thus self-righteousness can lead to very serious consequences.

Are you really Mr. "T"?//I used to be called Mr. "H" by my students.

Dont forget repentance.. we ALL (everyone, not just me) ALL have to be truly sorry for what we do (no matter what it is) I believe that if anyone screws up, no matter how bad, and they realize their guilt and are truly sorry, there is no reason why they cant receive mercy.
