i'm going to offer you my famous rooster recipe. equipment of rooster breast, boned and skinned, Crisco shortening, no oil. Skillet with lid 2 eggs crushed,in a bowl. Self increasing flour approximately 4 cups in a bowl. Wash rooster and drain. Dip rooster in egg mixture, and roll in flower till lined. have shortening in skillet getting heat ,on med. place rooster in skillet of shortening and organize till the skillet is complete. positioned lid on and cook dinner till golden brown on backside . Take off lid and swap all products,over to brown the different component. disguise a tray with 2 or 3 paper towels, whilst all the rooster is brown soak up on the tray. And dig in ,you ought to use pepper or salt to style. Queen Bee
