Well I break it off with my boyfriend 1 week ago. He told me he wanted to talk to me. What does this mean?

We talked lastnight about the things he wanted to talk to me about. He wanted to know what would happened if he kissed me?
Would I get mad at him? What does this mean? Help me please!
