I really like this guy I see every Saturday but I cant bring my self to talk 2 him. How do I get him to notice and talk to me so we become friends?

Say "HI, HOW YA DOING".

Look him straight in the eye and say it, trust me, he'll notice you and it would be impolite to not say something back.
