flat rice looking worms? Those are tape worms, and if shes got them the chances are really high shes got fleas too. Get her in to a vet, get some meds... cause you can also get worms and people pick worms up easy from cats cause the wormies like to squiggle outta there butts and they lick there butts and then you pet them and eggs can be transfered. SOOO time for a vet vist now. AND no shes not hurt, but it the worms feed on the nutrients in the intestines, and they will take needed vitamins and water from the kitty, making her prone to illness and weight loss. They can stunt growth and become such a massive ball that they starve the cat to death if you dont get it taken care of.

No, she's not hurt but she does have worms and if left untreated may cause other health problems for her as well as you...depending on what kind of worm it is.

The kitten needs to be seen by a Vet to determine what kind of worms they are.
The Vet will then give you the proper medication with the proper dosage for the age and weight of your kitten.

DO NOT buy over the counter wormer...you don't know what kind of worms they are, they OTC stuff does not work and can actually be dangerous to some cats and kittens.

Good luck.

Take the poop to the vet, they will let you know what type of worms they are and they will give you a deworming product to get rid of the worms. She's not hurt, but they'll need to be treated.

You definally need to call or take your kitten to the vet before the worms get worse. They can either give u a pill or ask for a sample. You really need to get a worm pill this can cause death if not treated. Be sure if you call u need to tell them it is a kitten so they can give you the right dosage. ASAP!

Your kitten most likely has roundworms which can be easily treated with proper medication. Roundworms are one of the most common worms found in kittens/cat and puppies/dogs. Take her to the vet and bring a fresh fecal sample so they can look at it and tell you what parasites she has. There are dewormers you can buy at the pet store but they sometimes don't work very well, especially on severe infestations. You need to get this taken care of ASAP because they can be passed on to you. Also if you have other cats or dogs they can get infected too so they should be checked as well. Below is a website about roundworms.

She needs to go to the vet and get a deworming treatment. If you have any other cats that she is exposed to they also need to be treated for worms. Don't waste time and money on over the counter products, they are not very effective unless you know exactly what you're dealing with.

Well, she has worms, as well as you may have figured this out, it is treatable. Keep her away from small children and even yourself, as hard as this can be. It is highly contagious. At most pet stores there is a product called a wormer for cats and kittens...buy it. You can add it in her food or give it to her in the doses it specifies. Also I would recommend that you call a vet first, because they can give her an injection that would more quickly rid of of these nasties!!!

Your cat has worms. She needs a trip to the vet. It is likely round, hook or tape worms. All are easily treated, but take the kitty to the vet. Worming is pretty inexpensive. If you don't have the kitty wormed it can get very sick.

she needs a dewormer from the vet. if you can get a fecal sample with the worms in it for identification of the type of worm.

there are also topical treatments that you can get from the vet to prevent the worms from coming back. i use revolution which kills all sorts of worms. it is a little pricey at $12 a month(and yes it is a monthly treatment) BUT it kills fleas, ticks, heartworm, all sorts of nasty stuff.

meanwhile make sure the litterbox is scooped out everyday to prevent reinfection.

She has some type of worms. You need to take her to the vet. and get her de-wormed. They will probably just give you a pill of give her a shot.
One of our dogs had that it will be gone in no time.
