I think it varies by state, because in CT, we have no real County Government. This information is kept in the City/Town Hall. You can search titles in the City/Town Clerks office. There may be a fee if you are looking for copies of information.

Depends on what county the property is located, for instance if its in Broward county you type in the search egine, Browad county propety appraiser, just type the name of the county followed by ......county property appraiser. Once you've found the site, you have to follow the steps and type in the address, and it should bring up the of the person who holds the title along with alot of other information.

The records can be found at the county offices in whatever county the house is in. The county keeps these records, by law it is public information.

log onto your local County Appraisal District's website and enter the property address. You can get all the info you need from there!

See if your county has the property tax records on line, then you can look it up online by the property address.

You can also go to the county courthouse, and have it looked up by address there, as well.
