Does craigslist really work for meeting people locally?

Anyone have successful experience with craigslist personals?

I've met several guys from there - some good some real jerks. In other words, works about as well as the dating sites you have to pay for!!

I haven't personally, but have had several friends that used the site and were successful in that area.

But Cameron L....you so don't need craigslist dude...you just don't!! LOL

I heard there were several hookers who were posting on craiglist, but they got busted later on.
