The number is the size of the chest and the letter is the cup size which is the difference between the chest and the breasts. Hence this lady has a large frame but is well proportioned.

A small woman would be between a 32 & 34
An average woman would be between 36 & 40
A large woman (by current standards) would mean anything larger than 42.
So yeah, she's a big girl, she prolly shops at Lane Bryant, but I wouldn't say she's grossly obese or anything.

Well, my ideal woman is in the range of 5'5 and 125lbs. With a body weight like that, she'd have boobs at the very biggest, about 36d and that would be unusual. 44 is the chest size measured around the back and that's larger than me and I'm 6'0 and 180lbs, all muscle, so you figure it out! According to my measurements, she'd be about 6'4 and weight in the neighborhood of 225lbs to carry boobs that big with a chest that deep

Hell yeah, words of advice just get a tape measure and stretch it out 44 inches and see if you can handle your arms rapped around her, then most men want a woman who is a D, and so many woman pay to be a D cup, so she saved thounsands just by having a D cup.

It could be that she is big...all over! Ask for a full length photo. A 44D sound big until you consider it could be combined with a 60 inch waist and those puppies are not very big by comparison.

we dont have the "44" measurement here , i however am a 16DD , stand 5ft11 a and a half and have a size 12 waist , dont think she is big unless you have seen her, my sister is near same size (height etc as me and has an E cup.
