My parents being Christian introduced my to Christianity. As a child they took me to church. As I was growing up I started to develop critical thought. I was exposed to the criticism of Christianity and religion in of it self. So as an adult I came to the informed conclusion that Christianity is the true religion. My parents have also tried to brainwash me into believing that my Church is the only true Christian Church. That I do not buy. So you see, I do have critical thought.
Most Muslims are not given that chance. Criticism of Islam is punishable by death. Now I am sure there are many Muslims growing up in the West, that have heard the criticism of Islam and follow it. To them I say; I may disagree with you, but respect your decision. But people who only hear one side of the story and not the other are brainwashed. So yes is the answer to your question. I would be a faithful brainwashed Muslim.

Well, I would certainly have been rasied as a Muslim.
But upon reaching the age of reason, and learning/hearing about other belief systems, I would search out and educate myself about those non-Muslim belief systems.
Each of us is responsible for our own choices.
God's Word (and even the Qu'ran) tell us that.
So, what are YOU choosing?

If I were born into a Muslim family, I would be a different person with different ideas and morals. So it depends.

There are over a million Christians in Iran at home churches, hiding for their life. I would be one of them!
May God Bless you.

Meat machine! Faith does not lie in family. It lies in your heart. Weather you were born in Iran, USA, China, or in space, it dosen't matter. And wether you were born in muslim fmily or christian family, it dosent matter either. Even iranian may become a cristian. Even a cristian may becom a muslim. Think about ot. faoth lies on your heart.

Great question.
I would say, without being in the situation, you or I can't answer that. However, in Romans 1, starting in verse 18 God tells us that he reveals himself to everyone. The wicked choose not to see or to turn away from him.
Worshiping an idol / false god leads to death. Death leads to eternal torment, weeping and gnashing of teeth.
