water pills?
there is about 2-3 lbs of water in us humans.
Losing water weight will reduce your total weight, buts its unhealthy. Just the opposite you should drink up to 2 gallons of water a day, its great anti-oxidant. It will flush away all the toxis from the body, its also improves protein sythesis thus your metabolism.
Eating every 2 hours of about 200-400 calorie meals will boost your metabolism, and you will lose fat/weight much faster.
Cardio in the morning wouldnt hurt either. (you can add a fat burner like animal cuts before cardio session - animalpak.com)
With every pound of muscle you body will burn extra 200-300 calories a day, thus some weight lifting will be beneficial.
Grapefruits + Green tea will also help you lose unwanted fat/weight.

The water pills are trouble bro...and the fast is a mistake. Eat smallers meals more often (5-6 times a day) to increase metabolism and do cardio (walking, running, jogging, racquetball, dancing, etc.) 5 times a week for a minumum of twenty minutes. Don't eat anything 2-3 hrs before bed. Drink plenty of water as it helps detox your body and speed up metabolism. That is the right way to lose weight. Your way is DANGEROUS and won't keep the weight off. Good luck!

If it's only a couple of pounds you want off then 2-3 days of fasting would do it. If you want to lose actual fat then you shouldn't fast to loose it. I found out that by eating less often and less food that I was actually gaining belly fat! (I went from 90 pounds up to 99 pounds! In just 2 weeks!) My body was thinking it was in a fasting phase so it was turning my food into fat for storage. Now I'm eating more often, smaller portions, a LOT more protein, drinking water, etc. I feel better and I started exercising. It's just hard to keep it up cause of the weather here. I want to be toned, not fatty. (I'm under 5 foot) Good luck to you!

first of all, what you are doing is completely unhealthy and very stupid. the RIGHT proven way to loose weight for most people (unless they are outrageously obese) is the 5-6 SMALL meals a day. You have to understand that your metabolism is a FAT BURNER, and you must fuel it! and taking water pills is ridiculous, your body needs that water. the only right way to rid yourself of water weight is through sweating, which obviously requires you to work out. If you really want to loose the weight, then make the time. Cut out some kind of activity or get up earlier or stay up later, everyone should make time to burn some calories and stay in shape. Its like I tell everyone, your not staying healthy for just now, but for the next years of your life. Don't take the cheap route to weightloss, change your lifestyle to loose it and keep it off :) you will be happy once you do.

I think you might drop about 8 pounds. You should add some moderate exercise to your diet. Walk or jog for 20 minutes every day.
