Please recommend it, if you do. I no longer practice yoga, so that's out. I like my bellydance DVDs, but I need more variety. I need to burn fat, tone and tighten. I am not usually a fan of your typical aerobic videos. I like something with more flavor/spice/fun. Watcha got?

I used to use tae-bo worked great, get the fat burning and boot camp one they are great for cardio and muscle.

I think Carmen Eleckra has a strip tease one that will be fun.

I enjoy west african dancing, and there is a video for this kind of dancing very high energy. I take an in person class and we include alot of yoga with our dancing. Anywhere from 300-400 calories can be burned in the 1 hour maybe more

I also believe there is a latin dance aerobic tape I wanted to get.

Tae Bo.

It's fun, it keeps your heart rate up, it gets the blood flowing, it keeps your muscles toned up if you do it right. If you've never seen a video, it's like a martial arts/cardio/gym workout.

I'm not a fan of the workout tapes, of any kind. But I love the tae bo tapes. They're actually alot of fun! Especially if you have a friend to do it with! If you don't, it's still fun, but with a friend you can make fun when they don't do something right, or if they fall LOL!! If you do it right, then you sweat like crazy, which is a good thing! And don't drink water. If you're to hot, or to dehydrated, then it can make you sick to your stomach. Try drinking something like Propel. It's flavored water, for sportsmen. It has more then just water in it. Which is better for you.

Try different things, and find what works for you. Good luck!! And a good diet will help you too.

P90X. It combines weight lifting with aerobic workout, alternating days. But it has a day of yoga also. It's DVD set you follow along for three weeks or until you are ready for the more advanced. It's not for the loafer. it'll work your *** off but the results can be magnificent.
