How do I stop thinking about my ex? Missing him? Thinking of what he can and can't be doing?

Very normal Ashley. Soon enough though these thoughts will be fewer and fewer as you get on with your own life a bit better. All relationships when they end are much like a death and as such require a mourning period.

you need to be charging him rent for living in your head all the time. pick up your feet and move on go out meet new people keep busy and get your mind somewhere else for awhile and as the days go by you will find that he is gradually going away. just got to get over it and let it go something else will come along

Go out with your friends and start having a good time without him. After all, thats what hes doing, having a good time and not thinking about you.

It's normal to dwell on someone you have loved. I had the same situation happen to me it just takes time for things to get back to normal. Go out and find someone to take your mind off of him. Trust me it helps.

Fill your time with family and friends. They can be very big supporters and remove the loneliness. It takes time but you will feel better. Time heals all.
