I personally only live a short 5 minute walk from the gym so I leave as I am and shower at home and then change into my pjays since I exercise at night. There are alot of germs and bacteria in gym showers or any communal showers and remember anything you may catch could put you out of the gym a couple weeks and stall the process

If you're going out after or your pretty busy i'd shower at the gym as it saves time but if you going home to relax just have a long shower at home!

Gym. I don't want to put clean clothes on over sweat and stink and feel crawly. I shower in the am, so my clothes are clean. If I go to the gym in the evening and my clothes have been worn all day, it is ok, because I won't be wearing them much longer. Unless of course it is beer time, then it just doesn't matter, because beer makes you and the clothes stink.

Home. Everyone at my gym stalks around in bare feet. I've had athletes foot once and I don't care to get it again (I was even careful and wore shower shoes).

At the gym of course. It's pretty yukky getting dressed and driving home sweaty and smelly.

I am extremely modest! I shower at home... the only danger there is if I get distracted once home, the shower might come later than it should! yuck!
