theres this guy who liked me, and then all of the sudden, didnt.
a few weeks later, he came to a guys swim meet cuz he was hanging out with a mutual friend afterwards.he was sitting against a wall and looked at me a few times. this was about a month ago.
so my friend the other day (she is a little socially retarded, and doesnt have many friends) said that he asks her about me all the time in english class. Like "is she seeing anyone?" "how is kristin?". i needed to know if she was lying or not, so i changed the subject after finally getting out of her what he says. and then i asked her again and she started laughing, she was suprised i changed it back to him, and then went all serious and told me thats all he said. i asked her many tiems if she was lying and she kept saying she was serious, and he does ask about me a lot.
it doesnt make sense because girls are all over him cuz hes good looking. he seems to be interested in another girl, maybe slightly more than interested.

a couple days ago people were jokingly mad about a group he was in, so i looked at him in the seat behind me and shook my head with a smile on and he grinned back.
usually he signs off aim right away but one day he initiated a conversation with me. it wasnt flirty or anything, more humorous if anything

Honey let it go. if he wants to be interested in you he will let you know. Right now it sounds like he is just playing the field. Keeping you guessing is a way of keeping you on the string so to speak. Good luck, but do not go strictly on what your friend says. some times things can get a little twisted and she may be saying this to you just so she can have a relationship-friendship
since you stated she has not many friends.

You know, I might be wrong, but beware, sounds as if this girl is just telling you what you want to hear so as to keep you interested in being her friend. As you said, she does not have many friends. As sad and well meaning she might be, this is a wrong way for her to maintain a friendship with anyone. I have always been a believer of "if the guy is interested then he will say so"....if you do not hear this from him do not believe rumours or things other people tell you, you are only putting yourself in a very embarrassing situation if you do this. When a guy ask about you they are interested. however do your research if you are interested. Does he have a steady girl? when was his last date? I have a boyfriend but ask about other guys I use to like but I'm committed so its all in concern and of course fun . go for what you want I did! my guy doesn't like rejection(no one does)but he will not ask you out if he thinks you will say no.I asked he accepted and I love him to pieces!Is he shy?

Even if he does like you, if you like him, you should make a move. If she is someone you know you can trust then I would think the is telling the truth. If she has lied to you before, I would give it time and see what happens.

if she is your friend she wont lie to you. believe her and talk to him for yourself. if he is looking and asking about you then he likes you and wants to take you out. so do what feels right.
