I feel like my boyfriend of almost a year and a half are always doing the same things. I dont want things to get boring! But we live in a town that doesnt have much of anything in it. PLus everything is so expensive of what we actually have in town. SO does anyone have any cute date ideas for a young couple that doesnt want to be stuck in a rut?

Go some where romantic. a play or something along the lines of that. it might be expensive. or even go to the park and eat. but if you live in a town where it is winter then i would say go ice skating. i also live in a town that is small and there is nothing to do. and somehow i still try to figure something to do. i hope it works. and dont worry there are others that feel the same way you do.

haha I have the SAME problems with my bf of four years. A lot of times we're low on cash and don't want to spend a lot or there is just NOTHING to do. A few ideas I can give you, are sometimes we cook a dinner together then rent a movie and watch it, while eating our dinner. We like to go to stores like target, ikea, meijer etc and pick out things for our future house together. Thats always fun. We have tickle wars sometimes, we clean out our cars together and wash them. Playing card games and making popcorn can be really fun too!! Or like some of the other ppl said, go on a picnic or take a walk through a park. Go drive around and look at your dream houses. Play a video game together, make brownies or cookies or cupcakes and decorate them together. Go on a romantic dinner and order off mcdonalds dollar menu. Look at both of your childhood photo albums and laugh at the dorky outfits you guys used to have to wear. Go rollerblading or bike riding together. if you live somewhere where its cold out right now, make hot chocolate and watch a scary movie together. Good luck !!!! =]

Sounds like a road trip to me. You dont have to stay in the small town get away (beach, mountains). If you can have the expenses you have incurred living in this small town you can find some romantic location via the www

Find a park, buy cider, strawberries, some chocolate, make his fav food, get flute glasses from the dollar store or steal it from your house lol and go have a picnic. feed each other, enjoy nature.

And when you cant do stuff like this, leave cute lil notes in places for him to find, call or email out of the blue.

Just make it hot by adding the freak factor...you have all that space, why not use it for something. Nature has it's ways. Start off light then bring in the night with a special bang

You sound youthful so pass to the movies or draw close out on the Mall. pass to the park, pass trekking, check out the wonderful kittens and puppies at a puppy save, hear to song at some place like Barnes & Noble, pass curler skating, seek for a paint ball place, play minature golf or in spite of.

Go to the nearest lake or beach (if around) and just have a good time. If no lake or beach just go to the nearest park and walk around and enjoy each others company!! Take lunch with you and make it a day!

Have a party at one of your friends' house, invite like 70 hicks, and go crazy. That's what I did growing up. Also, bowling, drag racing, and sex are popular activities nowdays with the rural teen crowd.
