This regards cruelty to animals used for food. If you are a meat eater, this may change the way you think about food. But if you are a true animal lover, the change will be for the best. No, I am not some fanatic who was sucked in by peta. I saw this first hand when I was selling insurance at a chicken farm, The conditions were deplorable and the stench was unreal. Go ahead, eat your meats all you want-your choice. My choice is to not.

Meat promotes brain growth in humans and if our ancesters didn't begin to hunt and eat meat they wouldn't have evolved into intelegent creatures. We wouldn't exist.
I am against cruelty to animals, however it isn't cruel to kill an animal for food. What is cruel is to kill an animal for fun or sport and not do anything with the meat.

Dream interpretation is lots of conjecture because there is so much symbolism. I might suggest that your friend is you; you are looking at yourself in a vulnerable situation, possibly related to your fear of being hurt in an intimate relationship. The cutting and carving is your way of killing off the man who may hurt you; it's a self-defense of your heart. Of course, all of this could be wrong. I've never understood where the line is.
When organic crops are grown, millions of living things are killed per-acre just by tilling. Organic "pest" control leaves critters just as dead as chemical controls do. So there must be a limit to where people are concerned about life and death. Is it based on size? Is it based on whether we think an animal is cuddly? I can never get an answer as to what defines the life forms it is OK to kill in food production as opposed those that it is not.
Picking hornworms by hand or drowning slugs in beer may produce a healthier crop for humans but does little for the health of the "pests" (a term based on the economics of agribusiness).

Have you failed to understand that PETA wants you to see the most hideous disgusting and heinous things they can find? That they are controlling what you see, and are manipulating your emotions by showing you things they know will pull at your natural love of animals? Have you ever really visited a slaughterhouse? It's not in the best interest of slaughterhouses to be cruel to animals just because they can, it's not profitable or efficient.

I didn't view the video but I was wondering if you have anything made of leather? Where do you think this comes from?? Animals are not killed just for food. So being a vegetarian and wearing leather or having anything made of leather sounds contradicting to me!

So this guy take's this girl out dinner for a first date. They go to a nice restaurant and he orders steak . She proceeds to read him the riot act about his menu choice But he doesn't change his mind.
When the steak finally comes , she asks him again " Do you know what you are eating ? "

Look, you think there is some kind of substance to this propaganda that isnt biased to one particular side of the meat/veg argument. I think you got sucked in by some propaganda generator.
Its on a vege website of course it is going to be the worst possible piece of footage thay could get their hands on. I have seen it before and its crap, this is notthe majority of animal care in the food indutry, in Australia anyway, your country though is anyones guess, you people voted for bush, so that doesnt say much about your overall inteligence does it.

Yes I like meat. Even raised some of it myself. Fed it, killed it, had it processed, cooked it, and ate it.

ive seen this crap all before and now for some intresting facts on peta the kill animals them selves they gas them and they want all animal products stopped they say they dont use them yet the second in command is a diabetic and uses insulin guess where that comes from? cow livers they are hypocrites they are animals they are supposed to be eaten
