I think forgiveness is when you no longer hold a grudge against someone for doing something against you. You forgive and you forget. Meaning you won't recall it back to mind, especially in an effort to find further fault in someone.

Forgiveness is something you have to work toward practicing. It's hard to forgive, but once you do so, you feel such relief.

Just as God forgives us for our sins, we must forgive others as well.

Wish you the best in your quest!

forgiveness is gift that you give to yourself. It has nothing to do with the offender. You have no power to change what happend, so you either spend the rest of your life hateing and reliving the offense or you let it go for your own freedom.Karma, will have its way with the offender, that brings some relief!
