Presumably you don't just want _any_ ideas... I mean, I have an idea for a virtual reality game that models the entire world and everything in it in absolutely perfect detail, but it's an impossibly large project, and unachievable by almost any standards.
So, you need to be more specific - what sort of thing are you looking for? A small project, a large project? Something with databases? Something with client/server interface? Something graphical? A game? What language are you intending to program in? This can make a HUGE difference - if you are a Php coder then there would be little point trying to write a 3D shooter, if you're a VB coder there's little point trying to write a real-time AI application...
