Don't be dumb. You meet spirits everyday. Some are living and some are dead, but they are ALL clothed in human flesh....you're writing to spirits now, and I am a spirit writing to you.
You yourself are a spirit - so I'll ask: What's the big deal about meeting spirits?

I've never met one before myself, but I've read articles about it. In Chinese culture, people all have a birth day along with the weight of the day( not physically). If you're born under a heavy day, say people who born in noon, are a horse or dragon. There is no way for you to see anything. But if you're a light animal like a monkey, chicken or snake, you can see them by putting soil in a bowl then put it on your head around mid- nite, it's said to decrease Yan chi to help your body adjust to Yin. (I certianly wouldn't try, I would not want to see it)

I met Satan when I was a little girl. It was the most terrifying thing that ever happen to me and still haunts me to this day.I was sniffing an aerosol can spray and blacked out. Never ever do that.You can die from it or be brain damaged.Drugs and things like the we gee board will open you up to spirits,but they will be demonic and you will regret it all the days of your life.

usually one may see spirits if he or she has been through some kind of trauma.
you won't reach them by meditating. look into occult studies, there are chants, rituals, and spells to make the spirits visible to human eyes.

psychic perceptions like seeing spirits often starts with imagination. Your imagination has a lot more truth to it than you give it credit for. Eventually you get to be able to tell what is really imagination and what is really occult perception. Then the perception gets stronger.

It takes a peculier Psychosis to believe they truly exist without a doubt.
