What if a man, such as myself, offered to God a challenge for control of the universe?

Would God show up? If God didn't show up, would I therefore win this challenge, and thus be the controller of the universe?

What would be an approrpriate venue? Would a game of chess be appropriate? Or how about a wrestling match, like in the Bible when God wrestled a human being?

I challenge God to such a match, and suggest it be a beer drinking contest.

I suggest tonight at my house at 8PM, for control of the universe.

Do you have any thoughts on my proposal to God?

Sean Almighty, I guess. One bit of advice, don't bulk "Yes" to all of the e-mail prayers.

If you demand the president Bush to come and see you, why he has to accept your demand?what is your qualification?
In the past were many powerful demons that when they walk, the planet shook at every step, they could kill thousands single handed, and God kill them with a simple slap. Your challenge to God, is like small ant challenging you to fight. You are so insignificant less than a ant(no offense)That God does not care at all, you are like little Chihuahua pet dog barking at an huge elephant, do you think he would care your barking?. God does not need to come, He can finish you with a small flu. You cannot even control your senses nor your mind.

I have one question/ Have you created a the universe lately.Proverbs 16:18 Pride goeth before destruction, and an haughty spirit before a fall. 2 Peter 2:4 For if God spared not the angels that sinned, but cast them down to hell, and delivered them into chains of darkness, to be reserved unto judgment;
What do you think he meant by this scripture?

Actually, it was an angel, not God who wrestled with Jacob. As for your challenge, if you "won" by forfeit, how would YOU shoulder the responsibility for answering prayers? And don't give me any of that "Bruce Almighty" crap either!

You won't win if that happened. God is to powerful for anyone. I mean Satan challanged him and he didn't win. God has better things to do then waste his time being challenged when he knows good in well that no one can beat him. You have no idea how powerful he is.

You've got the beard, but what about the flowing robes?

I think you're in for a challenge, Jimmy. God's no lightweight.

Satan has challenged the Kingship of God, and as the Bible promises, will lose out and be destroyed.

I guess it is not a matter of who wins the beer contest....

It is really a question of who is capable of controlling the universe.

Do you have the skills?
