Idiots lighting up a match and pressing it to a tube of dead leaves and inhaling...
Stinking up our air and infecting us with the toxic cancers of their second hand smoke.

Causes - wanting to avoid overeatting. bored, to fit in, stress, lonely.... and the list goes on and on.
Effects... bad breath, clothes and home smells like cigeretts, expensive, lung cancer, death. Alter the effectiveness of birth control pills in women, yellow teeth. Not fitting in with the crowd that doesnt smoke.

Cause, incredible stupidity, or a death wish.
Effect: emphysema, COPD, and ultimately death. Not to mention bladder cancers (8 times more common in smokers than in non-smokeres) lung cancers heart disease and ultimately death.
