start with fried scallops over some baby greens, have some croquets to get it going, continue with perhaps something like battered pork chops, finish with some Tiramisu

Homemade pizza with lots of veggies and some pepperoni! Yummy!
1 pkg yeast (1 tablespoon) dissolve in 3/4 cup plus 1 tablespoon warm water (105-115 F) set aside
2 cups bread or all purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons vegetable shortening
mix the flour, salt and shortening until fine crumbs. add the yeast water and mix. lightly flour surface and put dough on it. Knead 5 or 6 times until smooth. Cover and let rise 1 hour in draft free place. If your house is drafty, put in the microwave for that hour. Grease pan and spread to thickness you like. Top and Bake at 400 for 20-25minutes. Enjoy! (This is really easy and during the hour for rising, you can get your toppings ready. I use Ragu sweet Italian sausage and cheese sauce.)

First, dinner tonight:
Broiled Ham, green peas with tiny potatoes, and a nice baby greens salad. We probably will skip dessert.
Second, Tiramisu is a light dessert of sponge cake or ladyfingers dipped in a coffee-liqueur mixture, then layered with mascarpone and grated chocolate This web site has recipes for lots of versions:
