i've been seeing this guy 4 almost a month almost i like him alot but i haven't told him the true exact words. he tld me that he was fallling for me and that he likes me but that his not ready.... what does this mean rather than i need time.. should i even consider waiting ... and what should i tell him??? despite of the fact that i tld him too, that i am not really inthusiastic about getting into a relationship and that fully don't think i am ready either... but i also think that he should be the lead on the start of "A" relationship. Meaning i am a girl i am not going to ask him out!!!????!!!

Forget all the dumb stuff. Get moving with your life. If he calls or wants to see you, pencil him in if you have time. Take control of yourself woman. You've given him too much power over your thinking.
Waiting is losing the day you can't get back. No man or woman is worth that.

I used to think the way you did all the time but it is 2007, its OK for a girl to ask a guy out. Just becareful and make sure you are not going to get shot down. We females never like to look like we are chasing someone. After all, the guys should do the chasing!

When he says he's not ready, I'd listen to that. Step back and see what effort he makes. If he's not acting like a boyfriend, then he isn't one.
