i got a friend who has been having a stomache ache for 3 weeks...its been on and off..it comes for 5 minutes then it goes away and come back...its not diareahe or he doesnt need to go to the restroom..he says it just hurts really bad...what could be wrong with him??

no surgeries no nothing...it all start when he ate some salvadorian food popusas....he says it only hurts when he eats

I would first check the location of the pain to make sure it's his stomach.
My daughter gets frequent stomach aches from two causes.
1 - food and seasonal allergies
2 - drainage from congestion, colds, etc. It drains into her stomach causing pain and sometimes nausea
You can also check webmd.com. I have found it to be a good source for symptom checking. They list things like bowel obstruction, ulcer, etc. You can visit the link below for more possible causes.
The best thing to do is go to the doctor but it doesnt' hurt to do a little investigating first.

He needs to go to he hospital and get that check out, because pregnacy can be a Bih even for a man. jus jokin but for real though it could be a internal injury that he has and it is just now starting to bother hiim has he had any surgeries in the past because something could've been left behind and that is not good at all.

He should get it checked by the doctor. It could be an ulcer or any number of things. A doctor would be able to tell for sure.

Could be Gall Stones. I had that same problem and they found the stones through an ultrasound. Had to have my gallbladder removed. He needs to go to the doctor
