Ok I have a fine cowboy that asked me out! but I just don't know if I like him back. I mean my heart races when I see him and when he looks at me with his Blue eye's i feel like imma catch fire. And when he touches me O GOOD GOD ! I just don't know though. I don't understand how and why all these things happen. I mean I have been in love before but none of this has happened before! what am I to do??? What Am I Feeling Love or Lust?

Lust (to a minimal degree) is part of love. You are feeling the psychical aspects of the love you have for him. I've read your question two times now and you didn't put one single bad thing about him in it. If you were really that concerned about him, you'd have included the lesser things about him.
