They have a very low opinion of themselves and dream that if they are associated with a celebrity or characther in their own mind now or in the future that that makes them a better or worthy person. Is normal until the age of 12-13 years old; after that, every year is more and more pathetic!

people fantasize. they wnat to have something that most people dont have. Ex if you sleep with bradd pitt it makes "oh so special", because you have done something that few have achieved
