She likes to make up stupid stories and i can't stand her. The guy is perfect but who is!! She doesn't deserve him and they don't belong together. I wish he would just talk to me!!

Actually, you are the one that sounds a little off..he has a girlfriend as as long as he choses to be in a relationship with her, you need to respect that.
Generally, girls that break up relationships as best are just rebound gals and very, very short term as no man wants to be obviously manipulated.
If she is not treating him right and he stays for due to his own low self-esteem, then the best you can do is be supportive of him and help him build his own ego up to the point that he sees that he only stays with her because he thinks that is all he deserves.
