Yeah, as long as you are eating no more than the amount of calories it takes to maintain your weight.
So go here:
http://www.caloriecontrol.org/calcalcs.html
Plug in your info and see. If you eat that much (which isn't restricting your calories at that number), then with exercise you can lose weight gradually.
If you DO want to diet, all you have to do is cut 500 calories a day from that number you got from the calc. That will create a deficiet that will help you lose an extra pound a week BUT isn't so low that you can't support your body functions and workout properly.

You need to exercise and eat a healthy balanced diet. I started exercising loads and didn't keep track of what I was eating and actually started to put on weight. You sound like you've got serious self esteem issues. I would go and see your doctor if I was you. They can help and give you advise on loosing weight, in some cases they will prescribe medication such as orlistat to help you. They can also give you councilling. Loosing weight is as much a sychological battle as a physical. Stop putting yourself down, it doesn't help. Work hard and congratulate yourself for every small step made, you'll get there. Good louck!

As long as you burn more calories than you consume, you will lose weight. You can accomplish this by lowering your caloric intake, or increasing the calories burned through exercise, or both.
So yes, it is possible to lose weight by exercise alone. Whether that's the best way for you to do it or not is another matter altogether ...

No. Losing weight only works with a combination of diet AND exercise. Usually people want to do one but not the other.

You need to burn more calories than you are eating. So techinically yes you can do that. Lets say you eat 1500 a day & you burn off 2000.... you will lose weight.

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!
Get started today!

From breakfast, go ahead and ingest orange juice. But throughout the rest of the day, focus on water as opposed to juice or soda
