This is called "having your cake and eating it, too" (which is a kinda stupid expression, but that's a topic for another time).
Basically what's going on is this - she's afraid to be "single", but she wants to go out with lots of people. She's lucked out by finding a guy who's willing to sit back and be her "safety net"...although it won't be a great experience for you, because if you do this you could deal with some big blows to your self-esteem. Also, the fact that she's saying this very possibly means that she has A SPECIFIC GUY in mind she wants to go out with. Be prepared - if she finds another guy she thinks she likes better than you, you won't even be the backup anymore...you'll be the dumped guy.
My advice? EITHER agree to see other people, but then you ALSO make the effort to go out and date others, OR you say "I'm not wired that way - if we are boyfriend/girlfriend, we don't date others. If you're not cool with that, then you need to just go ahead and say you want to break up with me."

No need to be confused. Dump her. This is not a girl who's committed to you. This is NOT "love." The love I experience with my husband is nothing like what you describe here. I love him so much I can't imagine being with anyone else. I don't even consider it. It doesn't cross my mind. I can't see the rest of my life being anything but dark and dull if he weren't in it. I'm sure he feels the same about me. No doubts for either of us. We frequently tell each other we love each other, we make important decisions together, we touch, we hug, we make time to do shared activities, we make love. (By the way, we're still honeymooning 7 years after we married!) Notice I put "we make love" last. It's sure an important part of our marriage, but all that other stuff has to be there, too, or it's not "love" or "marriage."
Your little honey just wants to make sure she's covered. In case any of her other "boyfriends" don't work out--don't come through with $$, gifts, a place to live, prestige; whatever it is she's really looking for, 'cause it's sure not a committed relationship--she's got you to fall back on. If you want to get used up like a snotty Kleenex, go ahead and stick with her. If you want a real girlfriend, one who sees you as the be all and end all of her existence--if you have any self-respect whatsoever--dump Little Miss Swinger and keep looking. There are plenty of good girlfriends out there. No one is so undesirable that he has to stick with the first Chicklet who comes his way. Be a good man, and you'll find a good woman.
Good luck!

You know I don't think that it is being intimate with other men that she wants or why would she still want to be your girl? I think it is because even though we women have our girl friends sometimes the company of men is so much more comfortable. Face it, you men don't sit around hating and drama. There is something great about just hanging out watching a game or chillin without all of the analyzing and gossip. Maybe you can ask her if that is what she really means. I had to give up all of my guy friends when me and my guy got serious I miss the staying up all night playing PS2 and partying a little. Talking bad to each other and things weren't always serious.

well I'm here to tell you from a womans point of view if she wants to be with other guys and you I seriouly think she is not really yours she is toying with your feelings because she knows or thinks she got you by the balls and you just will accept her sleeping with and doing what ever. man take her hands off of your balls and give her walking pappers cuz she could get something like AIDS and she is really not worth dying for.LET HER GO. I'm sure you can find someone who will be loyal to you the way you deserve and who won't ever put you in that kind of relationship. take heed good luck in your new findings she's out there.

Well if I were you I wouldnt wait around for her to decide what she wants. It sounds like she wants to see what else she can find but keep you around in case it dont work out. Thats BS! Find someone else who really wants to be with you and nobody else and who deserves you.

she`s bored, she`s more confused than you, you should agree (just to make her angry) and find a girl, cheat on your girlfriend, and stay with that girl, and your girlfriend will turn back to you tellin` that she`s sorry

From the tone of this question I assume that you are very young (teenager). In this case I suggest that you date other people as well.
