Everyone out there talking about their religions, colours etc., but why we cant be more concerned to be good human being. All cultures and their respective colours will have their greatness with them for ever. One can not earn a TAG of GREATEST over other. Then why need to fight for the immaterial things? To be a good human is more difficult than talking for a religion, but it is the way to be proved individualy.

Well, it seems you have answered your question yourself, since indeed it is more difficult to be a good human than to talk religious. There is a great answer to your question in Dostoevsky's Karamazov: people are not capable to carry their own freedom, therefore they have invented and need religion.

Human means weak. Divine means having all the qualities of God.The religion God creates gives happiness only because they have all the virtues they give and take happiness. It is hard work to make the self divine. If the organised religions stop fighting with others they too could improve.

this is largely a nature vs. nurture question utilized to faith. If "god" supposedly created the international, alongside with our organic dispositions then why wouldnt we settle for god from delivery? this is actual particularly exciting, and that i could opt to study a logical religious answer. I whole heartily agree with you Amol. Religion is man-made and anything man-made will have vested interest. I for one believe that the country comes before religion. All our actions gaols etc. should be aimed at the betterment of our country...after all we eat drink and flourish with what our country provides not on what religion provides. laws of the country should not be influenced by religion. One law for all citizens. We should all strive to be good citizens by being good human beings.

I strongly agree with you. That's why I'm not part of any 'organized religion'. Its too confusing and there are too many people shouting their beliefs yet living their lives like hypocrites. I'd rather teach my kids to live their lives right. I believe in the end that those that lived right will be the ones to reap the rewards.

Try your self and then you can interact with the intensity of the problem. Test your tolerance and degree of your respect towards your dear ones. It is better start with mother. When mother serves food do we appreciate in the context what she would have undergone in terms of time and labor to prepare food? Do we eat food with gratitude towards mother. Likewise with our other kith and kin. If you can arrive at the time you take to get angry and lose respect towards your kith and kin, and divide that time by one thousand times that may be your tolerance and respect towards other fellow human beings and norms of society.

I agree and I dont like religions where followers believe that thier religion triumphs over all others and that only they are going to heaven. if you believe someome different from you has no hope and damn them how can you be a believer of anyone as great as GOD!

this is the common factor of U.P politician take advantage of peoples religiousness they also try to drove it towards wrong direction .so it is difficult to overcome from this problem at all over India.
