Christians, what is your honest attitude toward atheists?

a. I don't mind them; they have some valid points. Most seem to be nice people, they just have different beliefs.

b. They're misguided and I pray for them, but as people they're okay. I'm sure their moms love them and they're nice to their cats.

c. Smarmy, arrogant know-it-alls. Can't stand them. I'll be laughing my behind off while they're roasting in hell.

Fell free to elaborate or add your own write-in choice.

Jonjon, *I'm* an atheist, tootsie. But from these very lovely answers, there are more than a few nice Christian people here who will add you to their prayer list!

I hope Christians will choose A.

To think that atheists are misguided shows that Christians choose to ignore others' beliefs.

No one can know it all. Time is infinite so no one can know everything all the time. Why not choose to know just enough to be happy in the short lifespan that we have. If you are happy to be Christians, no atheist is trying to stop you. I am sure there are many happy atheists who do not need to read the Bible nor follow a religion.

I have read the Bible before I decided. Trust my words.

If it replaced right into a chemical imbalance of the techniques they might have a drugs for it, and there is not any such drugs. So it is going to no longer be (A). it extremely is uncertain that it extremely is an atypical theory technique because in character finding out, there is not any thank you to locate it without asking specific questions bearing directly to sexuality. So it extremely is in all probability no longer (B). That leaves (C). yet you're assuming that all and sundry Christians have self assurance as you do. via making that assumption, you quickly decrease fee ANY variety of answer that could desire to be seen "professional-gay". Can there be ANY answer (C) that does no longer be "professional-gay" ? The solutions A and B to the question are very doubtful, then the superb "different" for C is that God made a mistake. yet because our author is infallible, he won't be able to make errors. so as that won't be able to be the respond. So what's your answer? A Christian who believes in a loving God

The biggest trick the devil ever pulled was convincing the world he didn't exist. I pray for the conversion of all atheism, I my opinion atheism is an excuse to live without consequence, People become atheist to do what they want without guilt or shame, what ever excuse they might throw you, about science or evolution. Its all theories, Nothing from sacred scripture has ever been pr oven to be scientifically wrong, however the list of scientific wrong doings could go on for ever, science use to say lets drill holes in people heads to let the pain out, the world is flat, the sun revolves around earth and other ridiculous claims like evolution. I pray for all those who have been tricked and are ignorant to God. Your souls bear a heavy burden, ... By the way ask most atheist where all their loved ones who passed away are? Most have no answer. And if you want to be scientific about it, It is pr oven that energy never dies, it simply changes form. What do you think happens when you die where does that energy go?

Id have to say somewhere in the middle of A and B. I could see why they would say some of the things they say but i dont think they are valid points to be honest, they are not arrogant or anything. They are people just like any other people. Just mislead.

I had asked a similar question about laughing at them while in hell and looking at their facial expression when they finally realize what Christians have been saying for years were true and I got reported. They became infuriated (as usual) over something they say doesn’t exist. Nevertheless, those were in my atheist bashing days. I have asked God to forgive me because I know that I was not supposed to condemn others and judge them. I welcome them with open arms and tell them of Gods love and his acceptance.

Some of them are benevolent people though I have met some that are just naturally irate and miserable people no matter how nice you are to them. I have also learned to respect everyone's belief, DESPITE the fact that they hurt, ridicule, attack my god and fellow Christians. This is what makes me a Christian. Being able to ignore and turn the other cheek when someone attacks me, just as Jesus did. I never respond with the same attitude. Some atheists just love to debate and cause mischief.

Read the bible and realize that our sufferings with people that denounce us have already been foretold in the bible. Satan will try to discredit God the best way that he can. With that being said, dont stoop down to their level. Be the best Christian that you can be and don’t judge anyone. Hell is a very terrible place to spend eternity. I wish that on no one, not even my fellow atheists.

i would say B. i do believe that they are misguided and lost. i also believe that they are very intelligent people who are full of love for others. they just need prayer in order to embrace the ultimate love that Christ has and wants to offer them as a free gift. But that is why Christ is so great! He will not force Himself on anyone.

That's hilarious. I choose all of the above, well, a mixture. I'm not arrogant enough to just say "haha they're going to roast in hell" but there are some (alot on yahoo! answers) who are just so annoying and condemning, that I can't stand them. They do have valid points, can seem to be nice people, their mom's probably do love them, I do pray for them, and I do believe that if they don't want to be a part of God's kingdom, then that's their choice.

I choose answer B
It's altogether there choice what and what not to believe, they are human beings with feelings too. God gave man the choice to serve him or not. All we as Christian can do because we love people is to just pray. That's nice isn't it?
BE BLESSED AND REJOICE IN THE LORD!

What is wrong with atheists other than they believe differently than me? I, as a Christian sin just as much as them or anyone else. My attitude towards them is that they are just regular people trying to make it through this life with the least amount of pain possible.

As a whole, A.

Individually, A, B, C. Some are good, some are bad, and some I feel the need to pray for. It depends on the person. They, like myself, are human. We have faults and different personalities.
