A similar thing happened to me when I rang to speak to Mr Wall. The bloke who answered said I had the wrong number. So I asked If Mrs Wall was there. He shouted at me and repeated that I had the wrong number. So I said bleeding hell are there any Walls there. He said NOOOOOOOOOOO!
So i said "Really no walls? How's your f***ing house standing up then?"

they were probably too busy at the time to be able to deal with trivia, perhaps you should have posted your question on here, you'd have had ninety nine correct answers, three people giving you the wrong answer and fifty two asking you what was wrong with you

I'd call trading standards - they are advertising themselves falsely.
I was forced to do the same thing to my local Boots - there were no shoes there!
