10 pounds is a lot to a child. If she is that much under weight then i suggest that you tell an adult that you can trust about it. Your sister might be sick or she may have an eating disorder.

Are you saying your sister is 10 pounds under weight? If you are 10 pounds is not the much as long as she is eating properly.

how old is this child? My son weighs 10 pounds less than kids his age but the doctors say he's fine because he was breastfed and breast fed children tend to weigh less.
