There is this guy I work with (different departments) but we've only talked once but when we did he would keep nervously laughing. Hes really shy, but I always catch him looking at me, should I go up and talk to him?

Definitely talk to him. I think you should get to know him a little better first. Then after a couple of weeks of talking if he still doesn't ask you out you should ask him if he wants to go to lunch with you. You know, something harmless. Or drinks after work. Once you get him alone I think he'll take the reins.

Yes I think you should because if you don't another girl will. So step up and ask him out. It may look bad to ask a guy out but at least that way he will know that you like him too.

i love guys that are hot and dont know it cos then they arent arrogant
