Weight watchers. It doesn't deprive you, you can still eat a few nice things during the day. I know it's expensive, but go to the meeting once to get the book then never go again. Tesco's also put how many points each of their meals has in them, which is handy. Exercise for about an hour a day and you should lose weight. I have an exercise bike and I can still watch telly while I'm doing it. I think weight watchers is the healthiest diet around. You don't want to lose to much too uickly because it's less likely to stay off. Do it gradually, 2lbs a week is the best way to do it. Once you start eating less, you'll get more full quicker and won't want to eat rubbish food anymore.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

The fastest and healthiest way is to drop about 250 calories a day and do some cardio and burn about 250 calories.
You must eat more but less, what I mean is eat at least six times per day, but smaller portions to keep your metabolism up.
Just cut out the junk, like soda, candy and so on.
There are faster ways but you will only be hurting yourself in the long run..

Well there is no quick way. It is calories in against calories burned. It is eating low cal healthy food with a good balance of proteins and carbs. You must burn more calories then you take in. It is a slow process with bumps in the road, as you lose weight the pace will slow down as you develop lean muscle...muscle ways more than fat, so don't be discouraged if a week goes by and you are up a pound or two or just idling.

Eat healthy and exercise (cardio and strength training to burn fat and tone *not build* muscle).
stuff like Curves is great for women. Guys you can just go to any old gym, the main thing is to drop fast food, I quit eating fast food completely and started going to curves and lost 100lbs in 8 months.

Eat less, move more......
The Adkins diet is a good quick start diet, to lose weight quickly, but you don't wanna stick with that forever.
