I'm with caroline...it may be too late to actually lose the weight. There are tricks that can make you appear slimmer. Fake tans are great for this. Go to a good salon and have one sprayed on, they are much easier that going at it alone. In the mean time, don't crash diet. Eat sensibly (lots of veggies, lean meats, etc.). Try to drink nothing but water. This will make you feel slimmer. Also, you can get a more toned appearance by doing exercises moves just before you go out for the evening. For example, sit in an imaginary chair against the wall for about a minute or do some quick push-ups. This will tense up the muscles and make them look more toned than they actually are. Have fun!

You can lose like 5 lbs in a week, I did it in the past, some people can lose even more. The bigger you are to sart with the more weight will come off. Get out walking for an hour a day. Don't drink fizzy stuff, it will make you bloated. You probably would lose a few inches if you drank water all week. Just eat little and often. As long as you eat 3 meals a day and stay off the junk, you will probably lose weight.

you havent got much time so the best thing is probably to do a juicing diet. i dont know how much you weigh but i am not overweight at all, and i did this for a week and lost about 4 - 5 pounds - which isnt too unhealthy if ur only doing it a week. have a smoothie for breakfast, either a smoothie or soup for lunch, and a smoothie in the afternoon. make sure one contains veg. then have a proper balanced dinner - not a large portion. u wont put it back on as quick as if you had lost more than this amount, and you will also feel and look better for it - great for your skin!

I recently had a food poisoning, and I couldn't eat anything apart from chicken soup for lunch and dinner (clear, not a puree, and better not to have anything in it, mabe just a bit of chicken) -just one bowl, not a big one and a piece of brown bread with tea in the morning (could be substituted with a porrige made with water (if it's very difficult to eat - add a bit of butter or honey to it, not much) and do not snack during the day - if hungry, just take a couple of sips of water. I lost a lot of weight in just 4 days!

Its unhealthy to lose a lot of weight in one week, but some one once told me to do this if i was trying to lose weight in my stomach, now its sounds weird but it actually works. . .takes some preparation H and put it around your stomach, take some glad wrap and put it on top of the area you put the prep H on. Then take an ace bandage or one of the back ace bandages and put it around that. . . I sit in a sauna for about 30 minutes to an hour... Do it every day and you will notice a change. . .not big but a change. .Prep H shrinks hems. and it will tighten the skin!! Plus exercise. . .

Maybe go on a one week liquid diet. Make sure to get enough calcium, protein and fiber so you don't lose energy.
Drink a gallon of water per day(to hydrate and cleanse the body)
Drink 4 glasses of fat free skim milk per day(for calcium and protein)
Drink 4-8 glasses of LOW CALORIE fruit juice(for fiber and vitamins)
Drink 4-6 glasses of tomato juice or V8 vegetable juice(for fiber and vitamins)
Drink 3-5 cups of green tea(for antioxidants)
And you can also drink coffee, black tea, powerade, gatorade, kool-aid,hot chocolate, chocolate milk(low fat) etc..
You can eat fruits and vegetables along with your liquid diet.
Try to keep your calories at 1500-1800 per day
Take a daily multi-vitamin
Do at least 30 minutes of cardio exercise per day
Chew gum in between your *meals* to keep you from wanting to eat.

With only a week left I'm afraid you might be out of luck. Watch what you eat - make sure you do eat but perhaps you need to try Slimfast twice a day with one normal/sensible meal per day. Drink lots of water and gentle exercise (although I think it might be too late for the exercise to help too much). GOOD LUCK!

Search on google for the egg diet, lose a stone in a week, It does work as i did it to get in my wedding dress, Good luck. You will need to exercise as well, but a pump it up DVD, thatll burn the calories,
