At the same time cold feet. What is this?

Could be a pinched nerve in the neck. I get those every now and then. It can be very painful. I tip my head from side to side to work it lose. This usually takes care of the problem. As far as the feet, mine are always cold. Wear warm socks.

I have this too but without the foot thing.Maybe unrelated.Pain in neck could be a trapped nerve,mine happened 6 months ago and I still have tingling in my fingers left side.See g.p. if worried but sounds like its ok.

i had the same problem and went to a neurologist. you should try to see a physical thereapist. but in the mean time, what could help is if you pinch and massage the base of your skull where your neck and skull meet, thats what the doc recommended for me and it worked
