ok so i want my ex to break up with her current b/f how would i do that because i want her back and she wants me back but she just doesnt wanna hurt him so how can i get him to break up with her

She is obviously playing you. She has the control. Back off, don't call, answer her calls, nothing. She has feelings for this other guy or else she wouldn't be with him. If you feel very deeply for this person then you need to let her go. If she loves you she will come back, but let her know you might not be there when she makes her desision. Also, date other people, have fun. Life is too short to pine away for anyone. When you do meet the right person, be it her or someone else, make sure you are friends above anything else. That is the key to a long relationship.

The best thing you can do is back off. Completely distance yourself. Distract yourself with other things. If she really wants to be with you, she wont let you go too far for too long.
