I'm asian, I would say you could ask her out same as any other girl ie don't be sleazy or too passive. Treat her nice, be personable. Do it in person if possible.
It depends on the girl as well as, some girls like certain traits more than other girls. Ie I don't like facial hair or really short guys, it's personal. Some girls like hiphop boy, some like metro guys. So make sure whoever you're hitting on is your type..

You ask azian women out just like any other woman out. You just have to hope that thier families haven't instilled in their brains that they have to be with an azian man in order to be happy.
I have family that is vietnamese, and ALL the parent's instill it in their children that they need to be with a vietnamese person in order for the parents to be happy with me. I know it's wrong, it's just what they do.
I know that many azian cultures believe in the same thing.

Its not diffrent from asking other girls out. You are wrong! I don't think that they dislke people of particular region or ethnicity. They just tend to be more of family orientation than most, thats all.
