Lead tape is the only way to change the weight of the head. Unless you buy a driver with movable weight technology like the TaylorMade series.

Apart from lead tape I dont know any. Maybe try replace your shaft with a lighter one, will give you a feeling of having more weight in the head. Make sure though that you dont add too much weight to the club, after all you want to increase your swing speed with the driver. The taylormade r7 driver DOES NOT mean you will have a heavier head, it simply means you can have more weight on the heel or the toe, this produces a draw or a fade.
Lead tape is good though, but be careful where you put it, it can alter the clubface at impact.

you can take of the grip. and pour lead powder down the shaft and then take glue and a cork and push it down the shaft to the bottom. they also have lead or brass pins that will go in the end of the shaft before u install it in the club. lead tape is a temp thing. look it up on line, golfsmith.com or golfworks.com. this is a very old practice. actually club oem use it to final weight clubs that are off a few grams. if its a metal wood, u can drill a small hole in the sole and add lead powder. and then put a small plug in the hole. just look it up on line.

Here's my problem with weights on a club.
You will only feel the difference after 10 or so swings. Then your muscles get accustomed to the new weight and it's like you never put the weight in the first place.
My advice is to just work with the club you have now and make your adjustments accordingly.

Sorry, lead weight is the only way, short of drastic modifications that would permanently alter (and likely ruin) the head.
