try having the throttle body cleaned, followed by an induction system cleaning, that starts at the trottle body.if that does not work, you will need to have the idle air control vavle replaced.it is under the throttle body, where the accelerator cable hooks to the throttle valve.the idle is non adjustable.changing it would be a mistake.turning the set screw might help, but it will not solve the problem.it would get worse and do the same thing later.
if a mechanic is willing to spend some time on it,he can free the IAC,spray a cleaner in it and let it sit.start engine and repeat until better.

The idle speed on a Camry is not adjustable. So to say. By playing with the fuel/air mixture you can make the idle speed rise or fall, but you will also make the emissions rise and fall as well as performance.

If you car is holding a constant idle too low then you have a problem elsewhere.

When did the car have the last tune-up and performance check?

Nice car by the way... always like them camrys

None.

The idle adjustment is made by the computer itself using the idle solenoid. (attached to the throttle body). Adjusting the idle using the cable or the Little screw can trigger a "Closed Throttle position sensor"Trouble code on the computer.

If your Car is not idling properly is due:

A stuck or defective idle solenoid (also called Idle control valve)
A vacuum leak in the induction tract. either a gasket or vaccum hose.

there is no idle adjustment , try cleaning your throttle body that's whats causing low idle speed.
