Who has actually gotten there w-2 or 1099 MIS yet. I know by law they are not required to even be in the mail yet, but I curious, have you gotten yours, when did you get it, what company do you work for, and if you know, what payroll service did they use?

I have got my W-2. I got it a few days ago, once they were sent from our payroll processor, ADP, to my employer. As far as all of the ones we will need (4 in total) to prepare our return, we are still missing 2.

I received my W2 about 2 weeks ago, the payroll company that we use is ADP.

ive gotten 1 but not the other (i switched jobs in the mid of yr) but ive gotten the private sector one, but havent gotten the one for new job at state level (tho i think they are supposed to be coming any day now)

Yepp me and my wife have our w-2's employers have until the end of jan to get them to their employees. Wife is a real estate and i work at a YMCA
