u need to get out and do something that will take ur mind off of her for sure!!!! just keep in your head that's she's not even worth your thoughts! go to one of those singles bars or something and just have a good time! one of the best ways to get over a break-up is to treat urself! when ur in a relationship you hardly do anything for urself..its all about the other person! so now its time to do something for urself!!!! try doing something that you've always dreamt of.....lyk bungee jumping or something (if that tickles ur fancy).....the main thing right now is to put urself first and take her completely out of your agenda!!!! GOOD LUCK!!!!!

I know how your feeling I've been right where your at. The best thing I found to do is find some new interests. Things that you couldn't do before, something she didn't permit you to do. You will find a new found freedom in that and you may meet some new people. If you keep your mind occupied on new interests you will find that you will not think of her while you are doing those things. Oh one more thing, rely on your friends and quit talking about her.

if it was a bad break up seek some consoling to help. sounds like your in grieving, other than that try not to fixate on her and avoid doing things that trigger memories of her, the only thing that will help is time, and try dating a little you weren't married so it is appropriate.

Get a hobby - go to the gym. To quote Legally Blonde... Exercise gives you endorphins, endorphins make you happy.
